1. Made-to-Order 

All our products are custom-made to order. As a result, we cannot provide specific delivery timeframes at the time of purchase. However, the general lead time for manufacturing and delivery is approximately 6–8 weeks. If your order is ready sooner or experiences delays, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • For large or complex deliveries, we will work with you to arrange the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solution.

Due to the bulk and weight of our products, shipping fees may vary significantly depending on your location and the size of your order.

3. Delivery Process

  2. Manufacturing Lead Time: Orders are custom-made, with an estimated production and delivery lead time of 6–8 weeks.

  3. Shipping Notification: When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the shipping arrangements.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products under proper usage conditions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered:

  • Structural integrity of the product.
  • Defects arising from materials or manufacturing errors.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, vandalism, or exposure to harsh environments beyond normal outdoor conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, discoloration, or fading.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or maintenance.
