All our products are custom-made to order. As a result, we cannot provide specific delivery timeframes at the time of purchase. 3. Delivery Process

Shipping Notification: When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the shipping arrangements.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products under proper usage conditions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
What is Covered:
- Structural integrity of the product.
- Defects arising from materials or manufacturing errors.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, vandalism, or exposure to harsh environments beyond normal outdoor conditions.
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, discoloration, or fading.
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or maintenance.
